Amy currently runs a Princes Trust supported business which tours drama workshops around schools and community centres. In addition she has her own theatre company and has directed a range of shows, both devised and scripted for a range of ages.

Before joining the First Stage teaching team Amy has taught in various schools in the region including previous roles as Musical Theatre teacher for PQA Derby (ages 6-18). Comedy and Drama teacher for PQA Derby (ages 6-18) with responsibilities for prepping children for Trinity exams, their West End performances, building confidence and directing pieces for performances.
Amy continues her role as Learning assistant at Derby Theatre. Responsibilities include assisting the workshop leader with the Youth Theatre lessons.
