Cara moved to the East Midlands a few years ago after teaching for the previous 5 years in West/East Sussex. Cara trained at Laban Dance College where she was awarded a BA (Hons) Degree in Dance Theatre. She then went on to gain her DDI and DDE ISTD Teaching qualifications in Ballet, Tap and Modern. In addition to her teaching experience, Cara has toured the UK and Internationally performing in productions with Laban, Brighton and Hove Youth Dance Company in collaboration with members of Hofesh Shechter�s Dance Company and English Youth Ballet
